Appellant Peter Noel was operating a Bostitch T-Nailer during the course of his employment as a construction carpenter when he suffered sudden severe head pain. A subsequent visit to a hospital resulted in a diagnosis of bilateral hearing impairment. Noel thereafter sued appellees, M.
