PONDER, Judge.

Defendant was found guilty of violating La.R.S. 14:30, murder in the first degree, by a twelve-man jury. The defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension.

Defendant's counsel alleged seven assignments of error and defendant, after enrolling as co-counsel, alleged an additional error. These are: 1) the denial of a motion to suppress, 2) the denial of a motion to bar death qualification...
