HIGHERS, Judge.

This case arises out of complaints filed against each of the defendants alleging malicious prosecution, false arrest, libel and slander. The cases were consolidated for trial and at the conclusion of all the proof, the trial court directed verdicts in favor of the defendants. The plaintiff appeals.1
