Petitioner appeals from a judgment denying his petition for post-conviction relief. He argues that his guilty plea was not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily made, because he was not fully informed of the consequences of his plea and that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel. He argues that he was denied rights under Article I, sections 10 and 11, of the Oregon Constitution, the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States...
