OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Michael DeMan was convicted of seven counts of perjury, AS 11.56.200. Superior Court Judge Victor D. Carlson sentenced DeMan to serve concurrent four-year terms for the offenses. DeMan appeals, challenging his conviction on a number of grounds and contending that his sentence is excessive. We affirm.
