SHIVERS, Judge.

The employer/carrier in this workers' compensation case appeal the deputy commissioner's order which awards claimant wage-loss benefits. We affirm.

Claimant injured his back in a compensable accident on May 15, 1981. Dr. McCarthy, a treating physician, opined that claimant is 10% permanently impaired to the body as a whole as a result of his industrial accident.
