This is the parties' second appeal arising from the filing of a writ of attachment by Mrs. Padgett seeking to enforce a consent order, entered in 1964 pursuant to the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA), D.C.Code §§ 30-301 et seq. (1981), directing Mr. Padgett to pay alimony and child support.
