This consolidated appeal involves two cases testing, on allegations of changed circumstances, the continued validity of a parking agreement reciprocally affecting two adjacent parcels of real property. The validity of the agreement is challenged in one case by the holder of contractual rights to purchase one of the parcels and in the other case by the legal title holder of that parcel.
