Madeline Rubin appeals her convictions on charges of conspiracy to import into the United States approximately 2,748 grams of cocaine and of possession with intent to distribute that cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 953.
