Plaintiffs Orville Heide and Dorothy Heide, husband and wife, brought this action against defendants Raymond Sheeks and Carolyn Sheeks, husband and wife, seeking to quiet title to 64.21 acres of rural land in Ozark County. The trial court, sitting without a jury, found the issues in favor of plaintiffs. Defendants appeal.
