Defendants, Western Union International, Inc. ("Western Union"), M.C.I. Communications Corp. ("MCI"), and Microwave Maintenance Corp. ("Microwave"), move pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) to dismiss twelve of the fifteen causes of action alleged in plaintiffs' complaint.
