EDWARD S. SMITH, Circuit Judge:

In this Government contract case, appellant Collins International Service Company (CISCO) appeals from a judgment of the United States Claims Court, denying CISCO's claim for additional compensation resulting from the Government's failure to perform its disputed legal duty to clarify an ambiguity in its contract with CISCO. We affirm.
