This is an action to construe two provisions of the will of G. Sheridan Ihl. Plaintiff-respondent Glenda S. Lang was the wife of Wendell Richard Hess when the will was made. Glenda and Wendell were divorced between the time the will was executed and the death of Mr. Ihl.
