Defendant appeals a judgment entered against him following trial by court. The parties submitted the matter to the lower court on an agreed statement of facts. We affirm.

Plaintiff brought suit on a promissory note seeking to collect the overdue balance thereon. When the note was executed in 1973, defendant signed as a co-endorser with one Charles Michelson in order to obtain funds for their corporation...
