American Cyanamid Company appeals a final judgment entered in the Broward County circuit court on a special verdict of the jury awarding Lester K. Roy compensatory damages assessed at $292,000 and punitive damages of $45,000, and his wife, Lucille Roy, $12,500 for loss of consortium.
