Appellant was charged in an information filed on September 16, 1981, with selling heroin to an undercover police officer on April 7, 1981, in violation of D.C.Code § 33-402 (1973). On May 11, 1982, the trial court denied appellant's motions to dismiss the information on the ground of prearrest delay and to suppress identification testimony.
