Appellant, Fread J. Loane, was convicted of the offense of delivery of a controlled substance. He received a sentence of six years and a fine of $5,000.

Appellant was serving a sentence on a related charge in Oklahoma at the time the information was filed in Arkansas and was brought to this state pursuant to the Interstate Agreement on Detainers, which is codified as Ark.Stat.Ann. § 43-3201 (Repl. 1977).
