This is a breach of contract suit for damages brought under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act by appellee and plaintiff below, Carol Morrison, against the appellant and defendant below, Hollingsworth Roofing Company, hereinafter referred to as Hollingsworth. The case was tried to the court, and judgment was entered in favor of appellee in the amount of $2,020.00 as actual damages, plus an additional amount of $5,060.00 as provided...
