This is an appeal of a seaman's personal injury suit against various defendants. Two of the defendants settled with the plaintiff in return for a Mary Carter agreement providing for their reimbursement from any recovery the plaintiff might later have from the non-settling defendants. We find the trial court's holding 553 F.Supp. 201, after trial that one of the non-settling defendants had been liable...
