This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hancock County for the defendant, Kuss Corporation.

In its complaint filed January 27, 1983, the plaintiff set forth three counts. The first was on an account for $26,006, Exhibit "A" to the complaint. The second was for $26,006 "for services provided by plaintiff for Defendant; thus unjustly enriching Defendant...
