This is a summary judgment case. Appellants originally brought suit against Texas Golf Associates, Ltd. (TGA), Hidalgo Savings & Loan Association (the Bank), Lawyer's Title Insurance Corporation (the Title Company), and Mr. P.M. Anderson, seeking to recover damages incurred following their acquisition of residential property.
