PER CURIAM.

On May 12, 1981, defendant pled guilty to larceny from a person, MCL 750.357; MSA 28.589, and sentencing was deferred while defendant participated in a drug rehabilitation program. Subsequently, on September 29, 1981, defendant was sentenced to five years probation with the first six months to be spent in the county jail. After serving the six month custodial period and some of the noncustodial probation time, on October 27, 1982, defendant was arraigned...
