Appellant, Tyrone Thomas, was convicted of felony possession of marijuana and sentenced to fifteen years in the penitentiary. The only issue raised on appeal is whether the trial court erred by not suppressing the marijuana found on Thomas and a statement he later made to police because of an illegal search and seizure.
