This case involves three parcels of land located in the city of Kupreanof, formerly known as West Petersburg, which is located directly across the Wrangell Narrows from the city of Petersburg. The three parcels, Lot 12, Lot 13, and United States Survey 2480, are all located in Section 28, Township 58 South, Range 79 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.
