This cause is presently before the Court on the defendants' motion to dismiss. The plaintiff (Fieldman), currently a minor resident of California, was injured on July 4, 1972, in Wichita, Kansas, by a lawn mower manufactured by Roper Corporation and distributed by Sears, Roebuck and Company.
