This suit involves a claim for workmen's compensation benefits, medical expenses, penalties and attorney's fees alleging that the employee was totally and permanently disabled by a job-related accident which occurred on April 15, 1982. The district court rendered judgment in favor of the employer and dismissed the employee's suit.
