Plaintiffs appeal as of right an order of the trial court which granted summary judgment in favor of defendant Edwin Gregory. Plaintiffs were severely injured in an automobile collision between their vehicle and one driven by defendant Dwayne Darrel Popiolek. Defendant Gregory was a passenger in the Popiolek vehicle.
