After a trial to the court on stipulated facts, the appellant-defendant, Erickson, was found guilty of importation of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 960(a)(1) and possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He appeals from the sentence pronounced. On this appeal he argues the question of the trial court's finding that he did not have standing to object to the installation...
