The issue before this Court is whether the evidence presented is legally sufficient to support defendant's conviction.

Defendant, Walter Grisby, was indicted for second degree murder as a result of the stabbing death of Frank West. After waiver of his right to a jury trial, defendant was found guilty as charged by the trial court. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, at hard labor, without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence...
