Appellant-defendant, Ralph Baez, Sr., pleaded guilty to a one-count charge of misprision of felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 4 and was sentenced to the maximum penalty permitted by the statute, three years imprisonment and a fine of five hundred dollars.
