The sole question raised by this appeal is whether a judgment creditor is entitled to intervene, as a matter of right, in a lawsuit between the judgment debtor and the debtor's assignee, which suit purports to determine the validity of an assignment executed by the judgment debtor prior to the entry of the judgment against it.
