Plaintiff, Jerry Trulson, filed the instant suit to enforce the reemployment rights to which he believes he is entitled as a veteran of military service. The district court granted summary judgment to defendant Trane Co., plaintiff's former employer, after the parties submitted a joint statement of stipulated facts and cross-motions for summary judgment.
