NYE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of heroin. Appellant was tried by the Court and was given an eight-year sentence which was probated and a fine of two thousand dollars.

In appellant's first ground of error, he asserts that the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction for possession of heroin. Specifically, he asserts that there was no evidence offered to prove that the actual substance in appellant...
