This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Graves Circuit Court. Pursuant to a jury's verdict, the court adjudged appellant guilty of the offenses of receiving stolen property, terroristic threatening, resisting arrest, and wanton endangerment. On appeal, appellant contends that the court erred (1) by failing to suppress evidence illegally seized from an area within the curtilage of his dwelling, (2) by failing to dismiss the charges against him...
