This case is before us on the petition of the Denver Post of the National Society of the Volunteers of America (VOA) to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board requiring the VOA to bargain with the United Nurses, Professionals and Health Care Employees (the Union). The VOA contends that (1) because it is a religious organization, the Board's assertion of jurisdiction violates the First Amendment to the United States Constitution...
