David L. Strassburg appeals from an order of the circuit court for Sheboygan county finding him to be a habitual traffic offender under ch. 351, Stats., thereby revoking his operating privileges for five years. In the main, his appeal attacks the constitutionality of the statute. We reject Strassburg's arguments and affirm.1
