The first issue is whether a computer printout was properly received in evidence over objection (1) that it was hearsay, (2) that it was not the original writings and no proper foundation was laid under former ORS 41.640(1)(e)1 to receive the printout as a "summary" of the original writings, and (3) that it was not relevant.
