After a dissolution proceeding in which the property rights of the parties were determined, plaintiff W.G. Myers (Myers) sought an equitable lien on the separate property residence of his former wife, Pauline Myers. Defendants Lois and Clifford Olson (Olsons) and Carol Murphy (Murphy) moved for summary judgment.
