These appeals arise from the conviction of each of the appellants who were indicted separately but were tried jointly. As to appellant Jackson, an appeal is taken from his conviction on three counts of burglary, ten counts of theft by unlawful taking, and ten counts of knowingly receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on each of the burglary charges, the three life sentences to run concurrently. He was also sentenced to imprisonment...
