Robin K.A. Ficker, a Maryland attorney, filed this suit against Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company ("C & P") and the Reuben Donnelley Corporation ("Donnelley") pursuant to Section 4 of the Clayton Act seeking tremble damages, 15 U.S.C. § 15, and injunctive relief, 15 U.S.C. § 26, for alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, 2.1
