Plaintiff appeals from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in which the trial court refused to set aside a deed of property from Lillie Stout to the defendants. Plaintiff, O'Neil Stout, the divorced husband of Lillie, sues as guardian of the estate of their adopted son, John.
