This is a consolidated appeal from two judgments of conviction for the offense of murder. In a joint trial, the jury found appellants, Joseph Francis Keegan, Jr., and David Santiago, guilty and assessed punishment for appellants at nineteen years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $5,000 fine.
