HATCHETT, Circuit Judge:

In this federal employment dispute, we review the district court's order dismissing appellant, Eileen O. Hallock's amended complaint alleging deprivation of her due process and equal protection rights secured by the fifth amendment, her freedom of speech right guaranteed by the first amendment, and other rights granted her by 5 U.S.C.A. § 2302 (West Supp.1984). We affirm.
