This is an appeal by Texas Federal Savings and Loan Association and Van Glover, as Trustee (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Texas Federal"), from a judgment in a suit for a permanent injunction. Texas Federal raises two points of error; we agree with both points. For the reasons below, we reverse that part of the judgment awarding attorney's fees to the appellees Patricia A. Davis and Valerie J. Davis (the "Davises"), and order reformation...
