Plaintiff was taken into custody on August 17, 1982. Subsequently, he pled guilty to the charge of ex-convict in possession of a firearm.1 Imposition of sentence was suspended and, on November 10, 1982, he was placed on probation for a period of five years, subject to the special probationary condition that he serve one year in confinement in the county jail.2...
