WARDEN, Judge.

Defendants appeal from a judgment awarding plaintiff damages and attorney fees and enjoining them to re-employ her. We reverse the order to re-employ plaintiff and otherwise affirm.

In February or March, 1979, plaintiff was hired as a licensed practical nurse at defendant Eugene Care Center, Inc., (Care Center) by Sharon Martineau, who was then director of nursing at the facility. Later in 1979, defendant Balderas replaced Martineau as nursing...
