This is an injunction case. Appellee, the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the State Bar of Texas, sued appellants, Eddie and Rita Cortez Individually and d/b/a the Cortez Agency, under TEX.REV. CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 320a-1 (Vernon Supp. 1984), to enjoin them from engaging in acts and practices which constitute the unauthorized practice of law.
