Defendant has moved to dismiss under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161 et seq.

On April 14, 1982 defendant was indicted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on two counts of tax evasion. On April 27, 1982 a superseding indictment was returned, adding counts against defendant relating to an alleged scheme to defraud certain pharmaceutical manufacturers....
