BASS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of possession of cocaine upon a plea of nolo contendere. In accordance with a plea bargain, the court assessed punishment at six years confinement, probated, and fined appellant $2,000. The court granted appellant permission to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress evidence. On appeal, this court reversed and ordered the cause dismissed. 657 S.W.2d 184
