Jesus F. Borja appeals his conviction and sentence for burglary, aggravated assault, and possession and use of a deadly weapon during the commission of a burglary. In addition to challenging the legality of his arrest and the admissibility of the identification evidence, he raises two issues of first impression under Guam law. The first is whether he could be convicted of possession or use of a deadly weapon during the commission of a burglary...
